Refund and Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept refunds of any kind.
Clothing and Physical Products
All clothing and physical merchandise is made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for any reason, including sizing, fit, or change of mind.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. Replacements are only issued for verified defects or fulfillment errors. We do not offer refunds for clothing under any circumstances.
Mixing and Mastering Services
All mixing and mastering services are non-refundable once work has begun. Due to the time, labor, and digital nature of these services, no refunds will be issued after delivery or during the revision process.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund a service order before work has started if we determine we are unable to fulfill the request. In such cases, payment will be returned in full.
Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order before it has been fully fulfilled. If an order is canceled by us prior to fulfillment, a full refund will be issued. Once an order has entered production or service work has begun, it is no longer eligible for cancellation or refund.
