All KoiNoYoki merchandise is made to order and fulfilled by our third party production partner, Apliiq. Because each item is created specifically for you, please review the information below carefully before placing an order.

Order Processing Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary depending on item type, volume, or seasonal demand.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has completed production and shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typical delivery times range from 3–7 business days after shipment, but delays may occur due to carrier issues outside of our control.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. KoiNoYoki is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. KoiNoYoki is not responsible for shipping delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. We do not offer refunds.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and delivery times may vary. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
