KoiNoYoki reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Products and Services

Clothing and Physical Merchandise

All clothing and physical merchandise sold on this website is made to order through third party fulfillment partners. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but minor variations may occur.

All sales of clothing and physical merchandise are final. No refunds or returns are accepted. Replacements may be issued at our discretion in cases of verified defects or fulfillment errors.

Digital Products (Beats)

All digital products, including but not limited to beats and audio files, are delivered electronically. By purchasing a beat, you are granted a license according to the terms provided at checkout. Ownership of the underlying work remains with KoiNoYoki unless otherwise stated.

All digital product sales are final and non refundable.

Mixing and Mastering Services

All mixing and mastering services are non refundable once work has begun. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that the service involves time, labor, and creative work that cannot be reversed.

KoiNoYoki reserves the right to cancel and refund a service order prior to the start of work if we determine we are unable to fulfill the request. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

Order Cancellations

KoiNoYoki reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion prior to fulfillment. If an order is canceled before fulfillment or before service work has begun, a full refund will be issued. Orders that have entered production or have begun service work are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before any products are shipped or services are rendered.

We are not responsible for additional fees imposed by your payment provider, including transaction or currency conversion fees.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, graphics, text, audio, beats, logos, and branding, is the property of KoiNoYoki and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchasing a product or service does not grant ownership of intellectual property unless explicitly stated in writing.

Limitation of Liability

KoiNoYoki shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Third Party Services
